Paving the Way to Net Zero
While it has been quite a journey, we’re aware that there is a lot more that needs to be done. That’s why we have set the most ambitious Science Based Targets in the industry and have a clear plan for reaching net-zero GHG emissions across the value chain by 2050. Here are some of our achievements so far, driving us towards this goal.
Corporate Sustainability
100% renewable energy in our production site
We minimize emissions through measures such as LED lights, energy retrofits, and equipment upgrades. We also comply with comprehensive Swedish environmental regulations. We have set a target to have 100% renewable energy across all our operations by 2030.
Minimizing empty container movements
Due to our extensive network, we can optimize logistics and minimize the transportation of empty containers post-shipment. With the largest fleet in the industry, we prioritize one-way shipments globally, a crucial element in our ongoing commitment to decarbonize our operations.
Extensive R&D
To ensure that we keep on innovating new and more sustainable solutions, are we continually investing in strong Research & Development capabilities. One of R&D’s main missions going forward will be to investigate how we can make our solutions lighter and how we can incorporate even more recycled and environmentally friendly materials.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the RAP e2 & RelEye® RAP are two of the most sustainable solutions on the market. With a very low weight per pallet, combined with the volume efficiency of a 5/4-pallet solution, RelEye® RAP can actively reduce your CO2 emissions while offering the highest levels of reliability.
Reliability is at the core of what we do
Reliability will always be a top priority and is one of our core KPIs. Reliability is a must in a sustainable cold chain, not only to safeguard patient health, but also to minimize environmental impact. By preventing temperature excursions, we can eliminate delays to delivery, investigations and product waste, reducing emissions from re-production and re-shipping.
Industry leading digital solutions
Live visibility empowers us to enhance reliability by preventing human errors, such as leaving container doors open. Our Control Tower service, featuring a global team monitoring shipments around the clock, are prepared to respond to any critical event, helping prevent deviations, ultimately reducing additional emissions associated with re-production or redistribution.
