To lease a container with Envirotainer, you will first need to have a Master Lease Agreement (MLA) signed with us.
Alternatively, you may lease through any one of our accredited partners by placing your booking through them.

There are no restrictions on what can be shipped in our solutions.

Your contracted rates can be found in the Master Lease Agreement. If you have any questions regarding them, please contact your sales agent.
If you have access to the ‘Financial’ module in the Envirotainer Portal, you can view your contracted rates under MY PRICES.

When you go to place your order, the Envirotainer Portal will provide different lease options based on:
- Solution type
- Release station
- Return station
- Start of Lease (SOL) date
- Your agreed contract
- Shipper/Forwarder
- Approved Exception Request
The online booking system will automatically suggest the most cost-efficient lease package based on the data entered. In a drop-down menu, you can also choose between available alternative lease durations.
It is important to enter the correct data as the system will suggest the lease package based on your input.

- Origin – where the product comes from/is being shipped from
- Destination – where the product is being shipped to/the product’s final destination
- Release – the Envirotainer station from where the packaging solution will be released
- Return – the Envirotainer station to where the leased packaging solution should be returned
For example:
Origin: Kuala Lumpur (KUL)
Destination: Bangkok (BKK)
Release/Return station: Singapore (SIN) as Envirotainer does not have stations in Malaysia or Thailand

The Envirotainer Portal will only allow you to make choices that are according to the logistic rules available to you as a lessee.

ULD Solutions
The easiest way to request a collection is by clicking 'on the truck' next to your order in the Portal. Alternatively you can use the online form.
Once the information is completed, we will arrange the pick-up of your unit(s).
