Personal Data We Collect
Envirotainer collects data to operate effectively and to provide you with the best user experience. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create an account, register for an event or contact us for support. We also automatically receive and store information from your web browser, such as IP address, cookie information and the pages you visit, to log files on our server. We may also obtain data from third parties.
Specific for service providers and suppliers: Envirotainer collects data to enable efficient communication with you and to fulfil the obligations agreed with you. You provide some of this data directly in your agreement with Envirotainer and when you create user accounts in Envirotainer’s applications.
About Cookies
Both session cookies and persistent cookies are used on this website. If you do not accept cookies on this website, a number of the website's services and functions will not work.

How We Use Personal Data
Envirotainer uses the data collected to operate our business and provide the products and services we offer, which includes using data to improve our products and services and to personalize your experience. We will also use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, offers, events, services, corporate information and newsletters. We sometimes request that you indicate whether you like to receive direct advertising material from us. If you are already a customer, service provider or supplier of Envirotainer, you will continue to receive necessary information about important changes in connection with your account and contract. The data may also be processed indirectly in connection with the development and administration of Envirotainer’s IT systems.
Reasons We Share Personal Data
Envirotainer will not sell your personal data to a third party. We only share personal data with other companies in the Envirotainer group of companies, with business partners who process personal data on Envirotainer’s behalf, and when we are required to do so in accordance with law or decisions by public authorities. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is Envirotainer’s responsibility to ensure that such personal data is protected in the same way as in the EU/EEA, for example by entering into data transfer agreements in place.
Right to Information
Upon written request, we will inform you what personal data (e.g. name, address) we have saved on you, correct any inaccurate personal data or have your personal data deleted. Please send any such request at legal@envirotainer.com.
Changes
We keep our privacy statement under regular review. Envirotainer reserves the right to change its privacy statement at any time with or without prior notice.
